PGA Tour The Barclays leaderboard http://www.pgatour.com/tournaments/the-barclays/leaderboard.html
Jason Day's summer of summer's isn't over yet. He shot a brilliant -7 63, crowned by another 350 yard bomb off the 16th tee, 4 iron to within 20 feet then eagle putt which sounds all too familiar, to take the lead along with army bound South Korean Bae Sang-moon who had a 63 of his own, both are at -11 199.
A win for Bae means he would also win a spot on the International team for the Presidents Cup, which is being held in South Korea later this year and would be a huge deal for Bae.. if the Army lets him. He is due to start a 2 year stint of compulsory service.
Bubba Watson is a stroke back after another 67 along with Zach Johnson 67 and Henrik Stenson 67, while Ryan Palmer had a 65 and is two shots behind. Palmer lost his 71 year old father to a car accident last week.
Day, you'll remember was the roll of his ball from getting into the playoff at the Open Championship, after leading the US Open after 54 holes, then he came straight to Glen Abbey and birdied the last 3 holes to win the RBC Canadian Open, following that up with his win at Whistling Straits and the PGA Championship.
If this Aussie wins it will be his 4th of the year, the same as Jordan Spieth for most on tour this year, and will throw him right into the race for No. 1 adding some spice to these FedEx Cup playoffs
Nick Taylor 69 is T41 at -1 and David Hearn 73 is T62, +2
