EDIT>>>>Saturday : Dunhill Links Championship, play has been CANCELLED....LIve scoring link /Sunday TEE TIMES

DP World Tour : Alfred Dunhill Links Championship  Weather  Leaderboard

Final edit >>>> 1500hrs All golf over 3 courses has been cancelled. The 3rd round will begin on all 3 courses at 9.00am Sunday off split tees #1 and #10.

My opinion with all these celebs /players booked on flights out, they will play 54 holes and declare a winner Sunday night.

Latest edit >> 1250HRS   PLAY HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO HIGH WINDS

After opening the gates at 1230 to the public and positioning all players on 3 courses for a 1230 shotgun start it was determined with balls being blown off greens that play must be suspended, as unplayable after just 1 hole.

Players, fans currently all in hold mode until final decision on today. So either a 54 hole event or a Monday finish. I think they will wait for a while to see if the wind dies down enough to play.

Johan Rupert the South African billionaire who is the host of these Alfred Dunhill Links Championship who invites all the LIV players in hopes of re-uniting the golf world, will have to make a decision with the DP World organizers.

Notice : Play will resume at 8am until round 2 is completed. Round 3 will be a shotgun start at 1230pm on all 3 courses.

Here are the TEE TIMES Tee Times for round 3 beginning at 12.30pm, a shotgun start at all 3 courses. Weather permitting there will be a 54 hole cut made tonight.

Check my leaderboard link above for all scoring, live all day.

Canada's Aaron Cockerill 72 70 -2 T87 will start on hole #9 at Carnoustie 12.30pm.

Current leaders

T1 Bob MacIntyre 66 66 -12

T1 Richard Stern 65 67 -12

3   Louis Oosthuizen 65 68 -11

T4 Scott Jamieson 66 68 -10

T4 Joel Girrbach 65 69 -10

T4 Makael Lindberg 66 68 -10

T4 Freddy Schott 66 68 -10

T4 Tom Vaillant 65 69 -10

T4 Wenyi Ding 67 67 -10

T4 Jakob Skov Olesen 64 70 -10

No projected cut has been posted yet but with top 60 and ties the norm, it looks like -3.

Opinion:

They will play today until the wind starts blowing balls off the greens, when it will be deemed unplayable, however with Sunday being more favourable weather, they well might get all 72 holes in.

more to follow..
