Those words from Rory McIlroy, if you could hear him, he's losing his voice with a cold he picked up from daughter Poppy after a quick visit home to Florida after the US Open
His -8 62 leads the field as he continues the fine form he's displayed over the last 4 weeks, winning the RBC Canadian, and T5 at the US Open. He's back where he belongs, up to #2 in the World rankings.
TPC River Highlands is playing soft after some early week rain, Journeyman JT Boston has matched Rory with a 62 of his own. The field is bunched up behind them, 11 players within 4 shots.
After this week McIlroy will take 2 weeks off at home before flying across the Atlantic to prepare for the 150th Open.
