Adrien Saddier's lead was shortlived as the young Frenchman slumped to +5 77 leaving the man they call Rafa, Rafa Cabrera-Bello, who divulged he broke his little toe 6 weeks ago and has only today managed to wear golf shoes, who shot 69 to get to -6 along with Richard Green 70 from the early wave along with Oliver Farr 68, and Richie Ramsey 66 from the late wave as the leaders, all at -6.
Richard Bland 70, Pablo Larrazabal 69 and long lanky Chris Wood 72 are all at -5, along with in form George Coetzee 72..
Going into this weekend 25 players are within three shots of the leaders with
George Coetzee and Tommy Fleetwood remaining in contention for the Masters with a win but Andy Sullivan, Alexander Levy, Marcel Siem and Ross Fisher all missed the cut which fell at +2
Siem shot himself out of the tournament and Augusta with a 79 as did Andy Sullivan's whose dream ended with at 9 on the par 4 fourth, his 74 75 scores not good enough.
