Yesterday Anirban Lahiri was in control of this CIMB Classic, today after an 18 handicappers wild, wide right slice off the par 5 3rd tee, a thinned wedge and a missed 3 footer he took a quadruple 9 and his lead was gone.
Justin Thomas on the other hand came out all calm and composed, played like the defending champion and posted -8 64 for a three shot win at -23 win over Hideki Matsuyama (66) -20.
Lahiri fought hard for 72 and ended up -19 T3.
Adam Hadwin T21, 71 69 67 70 while David Hearn added a pair of 68's over the weekend to finish E T66.
