DeLaet, Taylor in contention at Sanderson Farms

PGA Tour Sanderson Farms Championship leaderboard http://www.pgatour.com/competition/2017/sanderson-farms-championship/leaderboard.html

23-year-old PGA Tour rookie Grayson Murray shot a -7 65, -12 for a two-shot lead in the Sanderson Farms Championship.

Murray made eight birdies to lead England's Greg Owen and Ireland's Seamus Power (65 69). 44 year old Owen has never won a tournament on tour, but has a good chance after consecutive 67s.

The interesting thing about Murray who is playing just his 3rd PGA event is that he went to 4 different colleges, Wake Forest, East Carolina, UNC Greensboro and Arizona State.

Graham DeLaet is in contention after rounds of 66 69 -9 have him in a group at -9 and former champion Nick Taylor has shot 68 68 -8, however with 13 players within four shots of the lead there is a real horse race in ideal scoring conditions which have led to low scoring on this Jackson CC.

The cut fell at -2. Brad Fritsch with T51 71 70 -3 and MacKenzie Hughes T68, 68 74 -2 will both be playing this weekend.
