This Utah Resort course hasn't had much help from Mother Nature in its inaugural week, blinding sunshine in the desert, ideal scoring weather and as a result the lead by Korn Ferry Tour graduate Matt McCarty is 62 68 64 -19 and there are four guys chasing the lefty all at -17.
Adam Svensson has as expected slipped back after flirting with 59 on Thursday for a career best -11 60, he has gone 69, 71 -13 but still T10 with a chance for a big finish today.
Nick Taylor has improved all week 69 67 66 -11 T20 and Roger Sloan is T29 66 67 72 -10
The cut fell at -5 and the worst score of the bunch is Alexander Bjork from Sweden at E 68 69 76.
