Milan is a beautiful historic city to visit most of the time, but for this year's Italian Open, it has been a storm plagued story.
After Thursday's 5 hours of delays due to torrential rainstorms, thunder and lightning, the field were out early today, most facing 36 holes, and round one did get completed, but with round two underway, another storm system has moved in suspending play indefinitely with England's Chris Paisley in the lead through 13 holes of his 2nd round at -10.
Masters champion Danny Willett is next at -9 also through 13 holes and then veteran Aussie Richard Green who has finished his 2nd round, Chris Hanson and Alexander Levy are all -8, a shot clear of Andy Sullivan and Rikard Karlberg, who has yet to begin his second round.
