Arjun Atwal, another Canadian Tour graduate has just become the first Indian to win on the PGA Tour with a one shot win over David Toms who shot a final round 64 to put the pressure on Atwal.
On the 72nd he deliberately hit his 2nd through the green up against the stands, took the resulting drop and made par to win....He doesn't qualify for the playoffs as I've been reporting but hell he gets a 2 year exemption and nearly 1m in earnings, plus he becomes a hero in his native India, where this was broadcast at 2am.
