Graham DeLaet has decided to withdraw from this OHL Classic at Mayakoba with a sore back. He apparently "tweaked" it at last weeks Shriners Hospitals for Children Open at Las Vegas and after consulting with traveling physio, Dr Craig Davies, they made the decision to rest it for at least another week.
That leaves 4 Canadians as play is now under way I round one. Adam Hadwin is -3 through 5, Nick Taylor E through 5, David Hearn has just begun playing the back nine first, and MacKenzie Hughes is in the late wave.
As this season winds down there isn't a particularly strong field here, a real combination of veterans like Angel Cabrera and Ken Duke along with young guns like Cody Gribble, Bryson DeChambeau and Danny Lee.
