Talk about getting hot at the right time ! China's Shanshan Feng has won her last two tournaments and with a -6 66 in the bag she has the first round lead at this season finale on the LPGA Tour in Naples Florida.
Alena Sharp is right in contention, T12 after her -3 69, just 3 shots back, while Brooke Henderson started brightly with a birdie 5 at the first, but dug herself a hole with 3 bogey's in her next 4 holes, out in 38, but back in 34 T32 at E. She is one of the top 3 who can win the Race to CME with a win here this week.
Of the other 2, Ariya Jutanugarn also opened with 72, while Lydia Ko is T16 after her -2 70.
England's Charley Hull and South Korean So Yeon Ryu are T2, at -5 67
