On Friday the underdog International squad just couldn't make crucial putts and when they did the USA simply made theirs right on top. Down 8-2 this year's Presidents Cup looked bleak for Trevor Immelman's chances.. They needed some inspiration on Saturday.
Enter 20 year old South Korean,Tom Kim. His 2 electric eagles during play were crucial and his youthful exuberance breathed life into his teamates.
They won 5 of the 8 matches, and while they still are behind into today's singles 11-7, the shackles seem to be off as they went to bed last night with the belief in their hearts that a comeback was indeed possible, if improbable.
The question is, "can they come all the way back."
Here are the Sunday single matches, and the USA only needs 4.5 points to retain the Cup, however, as has been the case all week, the underdog International team still has nothing to lose.
