Thursday TEE TIMES Genesis Scottish Open...

DP World Tour: Genesis Scottish Open Tee Times

The field has been expanded from 156 to 160 with the late addition of the LIV players who got an injunction on their sanctions until a hearing has been concluded.

Harding and Otaegui are paired at 7.15 off the 1st. Poulter and Grace 12.35 10th tee.

Canadians:

835am 10th  Corey Connors, Adrian Meronk, Dean Burmester

1225pm 1st  Mac Hughes, Max Kieffer, Lee Jaekyeong

1355pm 10th  Nick Taylor, Francesco LaPorta, Jeff Winther

The defending champion is Min Woo Lee from Australia

Tiger Woods is not playing, rather staying and practicing at an undisclosed location in the UK to ensure his privacy, and not detract from this national championship.

Rory is in Ireland with his mother and father, before heading to St Andrews next week.

This is the strongest Scottish Open ever with 14 of the top 15 players. The Renaissance Club, is a relatively new addition to the traditional links courses on Scotland's "Golf Coast". Most of the old Scottish scribes would rather the championship was staged at North Berwick, one of the country's original great true links.

Weather:

The wind is howling today 45kph W, but drops significantly for the opening round to 15kph for most of the day until it picks up as the tide comes in in the early evening to 25 -30kph.

That mid 20's wind continues through Friday , Saturday and Sunday and will be the main weather issue with no rain and cooler than seasonal temperatures expected.
