LPGA/LET Tours: Trust Golf Women's Scottish Open leaderboard here
With Brooke Henderson apparently sequestered somewhere in France or Scotland or even seeing the sights in London after she pulled out of the Women's Scottish Open sponsored by Trust Golf, her fellow Canadian Maude Aimee Leblanc has stepped into the spotlight and has handled the spectacular Dundonald Links course with its fabulous new clubhouse with aplomb.
After 36 holes, rounds of 67 69 -8 with 10 birdies and just 2 bogey's she is T8, 6 shots behind Lydia Ko at -14.
Leblanc is long off the tee, her flat stick has needed improving so here are her numbers:
Fairways hit, 19/28, with an average of 266 yds, Greens in reg., 29/36, Putts per round 28, and she has stayed out of the bunkers.
Heavy rain is expected overnight and light rain with a moderate breeze will hang around until noon on Saturday, but dry for the late wave although the greens should be softer.
A partly sunny Sunday with a gentle breeze is in store for Sunday..
