BREAKING NEWS : Round 2 suspended at 11.45am due to inclimate weather. T'Storms..

It was a rare treat for Canadians, to see the flag flying with Adam Hadwin leading the Workday Charity Open for most of the day and Nick Taylor right behind him, only to be joined by Roger Sloan later in the muggy afternoon in the top 10.

Early in the day Hadwin had 5 birdies in his last 8 holes for -6 66 while Taylor who won in February at Pebble Beach and has been at home in BC since, returned to action with a bogey free -5 67

Roger Sloan was the lone Canadian in the late wave and he kept the "ball rolling" with 5 birdies and just one bogey for his -4 68 T7.

Mac Hughes fired -2 70 T37, David Hearn and Corey Connors had -1 71 T48.

Later in the day Colin Morikawa who started his life on the PGA Tour with 22 straight cuts, shot the low round of the day -7 65 to grab the lead.

There are ropes, signage and hospitality tents all around Muirfield Village and that's because it next week's Memorial Tournament was supposed to have spectators, before the idea was scrapped with the COVID virus re-surging across the USA.
