Yesterday at around 12:20 p.m. PT, play was suspended for the day at the Genesis Open as rain poured down with winds gusting to 20 mph. Just 24 players completed the second round at Riviera Country Club and nearly half the field (60 players) hadn’t teed off when the horn sounded.
They were scheduled to restart at 7am PT (10AM EST) but it is still raining in the LA area. The rain is scheduled to stop at around 11am PT, but officials have just announced they will restart at 12pm EST (9am PT)
