Justin Rose 68 and local guy Mark Wilson 66 lead by 2 shots -11 131 over red hot Webb Simpson -9. Rose struck the ball "as well as ever" but didn't make the putts he did on Thursday (63). Mark Wilson lives in Chicago and considers Cog Hill his home course and Webb Simpson is trying to win for the 3rd time in 4 weeks, Tiger was the last player to do that.
