JP Poston and his wife welcomed Katherine Scott Poston into their world back in March, their first child.
You wont be surprised to hear why this career journeyman managed to play so well this week, where he only made 3 bogeys
"I would say perspective ids the KEY to performing out here. At time's I was guilty of taking it all too seriously out here, often being too hard on myself. Since Scottie was born I have made a 180 turn, just finally realizing golf is not the most important thing. It's far from it honestly.
Too have that extended time at home with them has been amazing. She changes every day,, every week so to be home with her and my wife has been incredible. This win has freed me up, to go home no matter how I play, I get to hold and hug her, that's now huge in my book."
Welcome to fatherhood JP...welcome to the winners circle..
