After a brilliant 65 on Saturday and 6 birdies in 10 holes on Sunday to take the lead, Roger Sloan sadly made double bogeys on his last 2 holes to drop down to 5th at -10.
He wasn't alone. Adam Schenk made a double bogey on par-5 15th to drop out of the lead and finish with a 70. Cody Gribble bogeyed the final two holes to lose his share of the lead despite shooting 69. Jonathan Randolph bogeyed the 17th to drop out of the lead after posting a 67.
As a result they all finished a shot behind the grateful winner, Seamus Power a 39-year-old Irishman who managed a bogey-free -5 67 at Victoria National to finish at -12. He actually birdied the par-4 17th and parred the par-4 18th t win this United Leasing Championship.
