Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by MasterCard
Bay Hill Club & Lodge · Orlando, Florida
Canadians : Mike Weir 77,72 MC
Tiger Woods has won his 7th Bay Hill Championship after a -2 70, -13 total. He was 5 ahead of Graeme McDowell who started his day with a double bogey 6 to give Woods an immediate 3 shot lead, and id he needed it a little comfort zone. Although GMac made a couple of his trademark long putts, he never really challenged Tiger, who finally put 4 good rounds together. Coach Sean Foley has him driving the ball better than ever (he led this week in total driving), his iron play is superb and this week he made most everything under 10 feet. He is now 6th in the new world rankings.
The rest of the field either stood still, didn't do enough or went backwards on a windy day on Arnie's tough course with the pins tucked. GMac 74 -8 was 2nd and Ian Poulter 74 -6 was third. Sadly Ernie Els at 75 -5 T4 when 3rd would have put him in the top50 and Augusta. Now he is up to #58
Only 2 players shot in the 60's, Brian Harman and JB Holmes both with 68's.
Let the Masters speculation begin !

While Welshman Jamie Donaldson fired 6 birdies and 3 EAGLES on his way to an astonishing 61, which included a back nine of 28, to get to -13 and a T3, it was Northern Ireland's Micheal Hoey who pulled away from the field with a final round -7 65 -17 total 3 ahead of Damien McGrane 70 -14. Matteo Manassero needing a win to climb into the top 50 and a trip to Augusta shot E 72 to finish on -12 T6, which will open the door for Ernie Els to jump back into the top 50 with a top 3 finish later today at Bay Hill.

Yani Tseng, closed with -2 70 -14 total to win by 6 shots over Sun Young Yoo 71 -8. It is her third win of the year already.
Tseng won the LPGA Founders Cup last week and remember she won 12 times last year with 2 majors and again as I keep saying is arguably the best golfer in the world, men included and she is just 23
